G'day Mate! 'good' wet markets are Tekka Market (Serangoon, Little India MRT Station) and Geylang Serai Market (Paya Lebar MRT Station) ~ where you can find many muslim butchers. Just ask for directions when u get off the station/s ... they're under 5mins on foot. Take care!

Hi Mek, Halal Butcher? u mean Muslim butcher or halal meat supplier? Heard of "Segar"? Anyways, GIANT outlets and some minimarts do have frozen halal meat. Other than that, you would have to go to the wet markets, i guess.

mosi cafe the moroccan cafe is opening a terrace cafe at arab street 4th floor roof top u can see the light number 64 entrance back door at back lane....all welcome to the opening

Habibi, most siew mai i've tasted are nice. there's one restaurant along Al Azhar / Al Ameen ... dimsum qte authentic. but i dunno if its still open. try Tong Shui Cafe la. 24hrs!

Fig & Olive is muslim-owned ... so no need for halal cert fr MUIS. they put their own halal logo at the entrance to reassure muslim patrons. Good Move!
